I just got advance copies of my new book The Three Little Gators by Helen Ketteman in the mail today! This book is scheduled to release sometime in early 09 and I'm sooo excited for it as I feel it's my best work to date. I really have high hopes for this book!
Look! I'm following you!
ReplyDeleteOkay, some tips:
1) Put titles on each of your posts so that others can easily link to them.
2) Link to other illustrators' blogs who you like and ask them to link back to you in exchange.
3) Put a link to your main web site on the sidebar. And then add a link to this blog on your main web site.
4) Call your sister Beth! She loves you and lives to help her brother with computer stuff. Actually, she lives to help EVERYONE with computer stuff because it makes her feel happy and needed. You want to help her feel happy and needed, right?
5) Change the template. White writing on black background sucks for eyes over 40 years old.
6) Call Beth.
I think the black background makes your illustrations stand out more :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm one of the owners of a Big Mouth and can't wait for The Three Gators! You keep on rockin the first grade!

Yeah, I take back what I said about the black background. It's good for the art. Not so much for reading. I think black backgrounds should be banned for text-heavy blogs.
ReplyDeleteI can hardly wait for this book to come out. I'm looking forward to getting a few copies for my grandchildren. Janice
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! Luminous! What's your medium?
ReplyDeleteWill - I think this is your best book yet! I just pre-ordered it on Amazon. I loved seeing the originals in class. I'm so glad you started a blog to share your awesome artwork with everyone!
